These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jotline Studios’ services and website. By hiring us, accessing our content, or purchasing any offer, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Jotline Studios provides creative services including digital illustrations, thumbnails, branding, and marketing assets. The scope, delivery timeline, and number of revisions are defined by the specific package you select (e.g., Starter, Growth, Domin8r).

2. Payments

• All services are billed upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

• Monthly retainers auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  
  

• All payments are final. Refunds are only considered if no work is delivered at all.
  
  

3. Revisions & Delivery

• Each service tier includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.
  
  

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided, but may shift based on client responsiveness or project complexity.
  
  

• You must provide all necessary assets and input to begin or continue a project.
  
  

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

• You receive full commercial usage rights to the final approved deliverables once payment is complete.
  
  

• We retain the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
  
  

• Editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are only provided in select packages.
  
  

5. Use of AI

We use artificial intelligence tools to assist our design workflow — including idea generation, layout variation, or text refinement.
All final outputs are curated and finalized by a human.
We do not use your private content to train third-party AI tools.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

We collect limited information (e.g., your name, email, project inputs) strictly for communication and service delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data.
We may use secure third-party tools for payments, file storage, and communications.
You may request data deletion at any time via inquiries@jotlinestudios.com.

7. Guarantees & Limitations

• Packages that include performance guarantees (e.g. CTR improvements) will be supported through extra design rounds — not cash refunds.
  
  

• We are not liable for lost revenue, traffic, or business outcomes related to your use of the designs.
